Red Beet Individual Cake with Vanilla Cream Cheese frosting & pink Chocolate ganache

The boldest Red Beet cake 😉 Who would say that it’s possible to make a very natural version of the cake that people get crazy about? Well, I said that. And I made one that contains no gluten, almost no sugars and no artificial additives. And the pretty pink ganache has been made out of Vivani white chocolate mixed with a bit of heavy cream and a homemade red beet food colouring. *The chocolate contains raw cane sugar originally available in the chocolate
