The uber delicious 😉 sunny lemon tart with strawberries. This golden-baked almond-coconut tart shell is filled with a creamy custard made out of fresh squeezed lemons and vanilla pod. In the season we finish it with fresh fruit, during the colder months we decorate each piece with fresh whipped cream and a homemade not-too-sweet marengue. Oh guys, enjoy it 😀
